I had the worst experience this morning at 7:02am. I come to this DD open never had a problem always polite and courteous. This young made my drink wrong and was very dismissive. Now I have to find another DD for my morning commute because he works the early morning shift. Horrible
I went on 12/22 around 1:28pm to pick up my order. I WATCHED the young Hispanic woman make my dunkalatte with Oat Milk. I WATCHED her pour it with my own eyes. When she put it on the counter, I told her I didn’t ask for oat milk because it comes with coffee milk. She turns to the young Hispanic man and says something to him in Spanish. Got two cappuccino’s this morning. They were iced cold. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the road. Very annoying. If you want to charge Starbucks prices, you need to serve hot coffee.
