I come every morning and my food and drinks are ready fast and promptly. Today I ordered from my app about 7 minutes before I came in, I stood inside and waited another 10 minutes. I was not mad and didn’t even ask for my food. I just waited as they were busy. Then someone asked what I was waiting for, which i thought that was nice and considerate. No one speaks or understands English for one thing- The coffe is sometimes good and other days it taste very sour and burnt. Not sure why but my guess is they are not washing out the pots properly the night before. The place does look dirty and run down. I need to find a different location to spe d my $300 per month
Best dunkin coffee, much better than in NYC!
I had the worst experience this morning at 7:02am. I come to this DD open never had a problem always polite and courteous. This young made my drink wrong and was very dismissive. Now I have to find another DD for my morning commute because he works the early morning shift. Horrible
