The customer service has gone steeply downhill since the previous team and management left. I went in Sunday and ordered a sandwich that they got incorrect. When I asked the employee to fix it, she got an attitude. When she was done fixing it, she effectively threw it across the counter. They also have a regular who goes in and sits and talks to himself. Unfriendly and they charge for ice water even with an order of multiple drinks.
i was feeling lightheaded and they denied me water because i "had to pay for it". go to a coffee shop that cares about people not passing out! hope that helps!
This used to be my favorite Dunkin’, but I’ve noticed a huge change since the previous team left. The current manager regularly yells at customers and refuses to correct orders when mistakes are made. They also scold and embarrass people in front of other customers, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Someone really needs to provide proper training for this manager, especially in customer service. Treating customers with respect should be a basic part of the job.
