I went in the store with an older 20 dollar bill and the cashier looked at it for 3 min before telling me it does not look like the other 20s she has and that she can’t accept it. Customers behind me told her it was an older version and that it was good but she could not understand. It was very embarrassing to be told I have a counterfeit bill and be turned away I won’t step foot in there again to be humiliated I’ll take my business elsewhere
The staff were extremely rude during my visit. They made a mistake with my drink, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, the employee took the lid off and added about ten pumps of syrup to it instead (I was shocked). I explained that I didn’t want all that syrup and simply asked if the drink could be remade. At that point, two employees began raising their voices at me. Service sucked. Hot latte was cold and sandwich was could.
Feels weird to give a Dunkin location a google review But, this one deserves it. They are open at 5am every day and are one of the ONLY DD locations ever that never messes up orders. It’s also surprisingly nice inside! I can personally say of hundreds of Dunkies this is the best location I’ve ever been to, and I’m grateful to have it close to home.
