I love stopping by this Dunkin’ for my morning coffee fix! The staff is super friendly, and my favorite donuts are always fresh and delicious. It’s the perfect way to start the day!
Dunkin’ Donuts in Brighton used to have an amazing team—it really seemed like the manager left and the entire staff went with her. Since then, the store has become a mess. It’s constantly short-staffed, often doesn’t open properly or on time, and the overall service has gone downhill. The franchise should have done whatever it took to keep that original team because the difference is night and day. Be careful if you’re planning to stop here.
Used to be my favorite dunks, but there seems to have been a staffing switch up and the service and quality just isn’t as on point as it used to be.
I came here to work and a attend a quick 15 min meeting with my coffee. The workers were loud and always talking loud. They are clapping, yelling and shouting. Wouldn't recommend working here!
This place is terrible. The coffee is terrible.
