Cashiers refuse to hand back change. Sandwiches are clearly cooked the say before if you order early in the morning. Super rude horrible staff
Stop by today, my oder came to 8.43, I handed a heavily tattooed lady $10. She immeditately pocketed the change. After receiving my order I asked for change, she said we appreciate your tip and refused to hand over the change. Not enough to fight over but $10 for a crappy below average sandwich and weak coffee is a bit much. Management should be proud of who they hire
The line moves fast, but the orders are always wrong or made poorly. I know the internal dynamics at play that make working there extremely difficult and stressful, and I empathize. But I ordered a latte with extra espresso and got a cup of basically caramel-flavored milk. I know what a latte is supposed to look like. Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with every Dunkin except for the one in Weymouth just a couple miles from route 3. Send everyone there for "how to make coffee at a coffeeshop" training.
Hello I ordered a mango refresher(not zero) noticed it was wrong and went back in to explain and get it replaced and was refused to get it remade the right way. There is a difference between to. There is a reason some people can’t have certain ingredients. It should be remade if the customer asks.
