Entire food order was incorrect. This has happened multiple times at this location and others in the area.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff ignored customers in line and appeared to prioritize others based on their color. On top of that, the employee was casually sipping coffee while a long line waited. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

this is like the 4th time in the last month i’ve ordered a drink from this dunkin and when i pick it up and get back to my car i notice something in the bottom of my drink. the first time or two maybe i understand an accident where something fell in, but this is just disgusting. and for it to happen more then once is just terrible and pissed me off. will mot be returning to this dunkin.
