new staff are jerks and talk to customers like they’re stupid. used to be an awesome dunkin and now it sucks
The morning staff very poor service!!!!! they are very rude and have a terrible attitude. They spend all morning gossiping amongst themselves and don't pay attention to the customers because they are busy talking about their personal lives.
Go somewhere else, this dunkin doesn’t seem like they really care about their customers. I was here just 2 hours ago and made an 11 dollar purchase and left. Coming back, I saw the same employees and asked to use the restroom, “customers only” she says and I say I was here a couple hours ago. Repeats herself. I Had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom. There are so many other Dunkin’s nearby and you’re better off just going elsewhere. Bathroom is also very dirty and not kept well
