I've gone to this Dunks several times in the past year because I had no other option. I now walk 10 minutes away to the Dunkins across from UPS in Watertown and they are absolutely the better option! DO NOT, under any circumstances, buy a sandwich from this Dunks. I got sick several times and I will NEVER order anything from here again... I ordered a large cold brew with three pumps of sugar-free vanilla and a splash of half-and-half. When I received my coffee, it came with a splash of skim milk, so I asked the woman to add a splash of half-and-half and when she returned the coffee back to me it had more skim milk. I asked the woman to not remake it and just add a splash of cream or half-and-half and when she gave me the coffee back the cup was clearly mostly cream and not much coffee.
