This Dunkin’ has officially lost me as a customer. Every single time I place a curbside order, no one brings it out, what’s the point of offering curbside if the staff never uses it? Today was the final straw. After waiting 20 minutes outside for my food, I went in and politely asked to speak to a manager and request a refund. They didn’t even bother calling the manager, just refunded me without an apology or any attempt to make it right.
