So my fiance went and picked up our order. They didn’t give him a straw so he looked in the dining area, but they didn’t have any. He asked for a lid like his and they told him they didn’t have any. Then the same guy gave another couple the same lid he denied my fiance because they said they didn’t have a straw. Is it because his skin is dark??? Is it because he use to work with one of your employees at a different Dunkin??? I don’t know the discrimination for a straw was weird, I’ll go to Starbucks I guess
It is always a terrible experience to buy here, the person who attends at the cash register is very rude, he is an Indu boy, who has no knowledge of customer service at all. Today I went to order a drink without ice because very cold drinks affect my throat because I have tonsillitis, and this person demanded that I buy a drink with ice and did not give me any reason or if there is any policy why they cannot sell me a drink without ice, it is rude and the supervisor really did nothing. I love the workers there in the morning .they always have my order ready for me when I walk in. I love running with my Dunkin’ Donuts
Rude staff, i pulled up to the drive through and i asked for a certain drink and then i asked if some strawberry could be added and i couldn’t think of the word syrup for some reason and the lady on the speaker said very rudely “Strawberry what” with such a horrible attitude drove off because how can you be unhelpful and rude.? i used to come to this dunkin all the time for years when i lived in portage park, it’s gone so downhill since unfortunately.
The drive thru is rude, no customer service, over all just clearly bothered to be having to work. Won’t be coming back, for at least the morning shift. (10 am on a Wednesday)
