We ordered online and they didnt have one item and chargeed extra for a replacement
Never had a real issue here other than I thought my bagel was soft and dry when it was supposed to be nice and toasted yesterday. One day, even, I was given all these donuts/munchkins for free because it was at the end of the day and they had to get rid of them anyway. That was a nice deal if you ask me.
