This is a 1 star rating for an experience I had here yesterday. I pulled up to to order (admittedly close to close) at 7:53pm, to be told that they already cashed out the drawer and could only give me something small for free. I've worked in similar establishments, and it was a huge no-no to cash out a drawer before close. Closing time does not equal "employee walk out time." They missed out on about $25
This is so extremely disturbing but after drinking my iced caramel latte I found a literal human fingernail in my drink. I am beyond disgusted. Not only a disgusting experience but health wise this is extremely concerning!!!
