My favorite Dunkin in Orlando. Every time I walk in, the employees are very friendly and welcoming and have good suggestions for drinks or new donuts to try. This location also has the great chocolate donuts covered in coconut. The store is also quite new and clean to sit inside.
My wife was going for a job interview and she said she needs to destress before she Stop at Dunkin’ Donutsin Orlando to get a few items. There was a huge language barrier. They messed up on her order three times. My wife asked the manager if she could make it right Manager hesitated for a while then decided to give her a gift card that was not activated throughout the whole waiting process. Extremely slow service and drive through.
Avoid at all costs, the slowest service I have ever experienced at a dunkin. Waited in the drive through for over 30 min and only 6 cars were served. And then got our order wrong to boot.
