Absolutely horrible. The employee took our order, handed us our donuts and then "forgot" to make our drinks. I'm not sure how you forget to make drinks in the span of 30 seconds, but apparently you can. After she completed making the drinks, 2 out of the 4 were the wrong size. The music in this establishment is also way too loud. This place is louder than most clubs. I also witnessed four customers walk in and then walk out. They gave up waiting for the employee who was hiding in the back room.
Food is good but they always mess something up. I'll pay for extra bacon on the app and not get it on my sandwich. It's always super busy and understaffed
It was past midnight and I was told to order on the self service machine. I ordered $65 worth of food and drinks and what I received was disrespectful. All 4 coffees were flavors without sugar and barely any cream, I ordered extra cream on 2 and extra sweetened flavors on all. The 4 bagel, egg, cheese and bacon sandwiches had hard eggs, cheese halfway on and 1 piece of bacon broken into 2 small pieces on each of the sandwiches.
