My favorite dunkin donuts branch. Have been coming here for about 3 years. Always nice staff and i love sitting by the window and having my coffee and donuts. Also, having a clean restroom is a nice option.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ location. I was charged twice for the same purchase, which is unacceptable. After checking my receipt and bank statement, it was clear that the payment was processed twice for one transaction. This issue should be taken seriously, as double-charging customers is a serious problem. I hope management addresses this and ensures it does not happen again.
