Service used to be really great up until last year. Now it’s so bad that I hate going there. There is this tall and heavy lady who is full of attitude, and who is nasty. she acts like she is doing you a favor by giving you your food and coffee. She purposely mess up your order even more when you ask her to correct your order. I wish I had never picked this location this morning!!! Terrible customer service today!!! When the gentlemen work, there is always great service, friendly, and good coffee. Today, a young lady, terrible service! Rude, she got the order wrong, and she had a big attitude. From now on, I will go to that other location 5 minutes away! What a shame,if only the management would know!
