I ordered Carmel latte with extra flavor but it tasted like just expresso.But they remade it.Every time I go it's disappointing.

My wife and I went into this location at 11:35AM and encountered the employee at the register at this time had a very bad attitude. A customer had a situation where they couldn’t verify an order and the employee got upset at him, told him to come back at a later time and he left. When the customer left the location she unprofessionally began to speak with the cook in the back and they shared laughs about the situation. The first few times I came here I thought that this was just an average Dunkin. But now I can say that they are very very inconsistent. Donuts always stale and the coffee alternates between passible and straight up swamp water. It's always a risk, but you can't really beat the prices. They charged me twice today for my order, so I'm hoping that duplicate charge is removed from my statement. If it isn't, I just won't return to this location. There is another about a block down that I've had better experiences at consistently.
