I’m not trying to be picky, but lately the quality of this place has gone down. Usually after 4 PM they don’t have the items I want. Today I went to buy 5 glazed chocolate munchkins and 2 glazed chocolate donuts, plus a Snack-n-Bacon and a hot chai. They brought my order incorrectly, and I was charged $24 for something that shouldn’t have cost even $8. On 2 separate occasions I have pulled up to the drive through in the middle of the afternoon, both the parking lot and the drive through were empty, and all I get is a voice that says “I’ll be with you in a minute “ 2-3 mins go by and they repeat it and I’ve driven off both times, I won’t be back to this location
I go here often for convenience for quick coffee on my way to work and sometimes its great and sometimes so so. But lately, I dont know whats with the staff but not friendly and just rude. From someone who works with the public, tips and business become much better with a happy or even pretend happy/ greatful attitude. Just some advice.
Staff is very nice, but I think the problem might be my luck. I asked for Valentine Day donuts with no fillings because this is for my classroom and I teach children with behaviors and if I get a few donuts with the filling my kids will fight over it. Instead of getting all Valentine Day donuts like I asked, out of a dozen I got three heart-shaped donuts that are filled, four donuts with Valentine's Day sprinkles on it which is perfect, a curler nobody is going to eat, a maple donut nobody is going to eat, a classic chocolat... read more
