Food and coffee are okay on a decent day, but everyone seems unfriendly and miserable in the morning. What happened to “hello” and “how are you”? And don’t even get me started on no napkins in the bag!
Complete failure of management here. Two employees running the entire building in the middle of the day. One has worked at Dunkin for FOUR days and the other has NEVER worked food before. Not at all the workers fault. The management here should be fired for leaving these new employees here to drown
Just went through the drive through, the service was terrible. The dude on the headset was a complete smart Alec and then I had to go back in to get the rest of my food because he was too busy trying to be funny to get my order right.
