This place is awful worst experience ever first we waited 10 minutes in front of the counter to get attended the guy was counting money not even saying hey I need time after 10 minutes he took the order we got the coffee and we waited for the bagels for 30 minutes we asked were is the order they said oops we forgot… they gave us a donut as an apology first attempt we waited for 10 more minutes they got us a croissant with eggs and cheese .. we said the order is bagels not croissants with eggs and cheese … we waited another 1... read more
Waited 22 minutes before I was attended to as walk in customer. Ordered 2 medium iced coffee which were overfilled with cream and not enough coffee. This occurred on donut day and I was not offered or asked if I wanted a free donut. Poor service overall.
