Don’t know how to make Matcha! I’m tired of my matcha being at the bottom of my cup. Google it! Negative star !!!! you can’t put dry Matcha on ice and think you’re gonna be able to mix it with a spoon. It’s not just this one. It’s all of them.
Was just there. Stacked boston creams one on top of each other in a bag, burnt bacon egg & cheese bagel, three separate bags for items, a box too much??? This place sucks and I wont be back ever!!!
Absolute horrendous customer service. The two times I've gone, there's been nobody else but me at the store (I've always gone inside to order) and the people working will look at me, fully finish their conversation, before coming over to "help". Both times there was no "sorry for that", or "how can I help you". They just walk right up to the register and look at you to start talking. If I could put zero stars I would. I’m not sure who takes the orders in the morning/afternoon, but they have the worst attitude ever. She acts like she does not want to be there, she is rude, no manners, it honestly ruins my morning when I go to this Dunkin expecting great customer service and getting the worst from this lady. I’m not sure if she is a manager or what since she is never at the window. 🤷🏻♀️ I will be going to the other Dunkin 5 mins down the road from now on.
