My wife had an encounter with one of the employees who insisted on being rude through the entire order. My wife has a Spanish name and the employee made it a point to consistently mispronounce it and give attitude about it when kindly corrected. The attitude persisted through the order when it was ready, this immature employee loudly repeated the mispronunciation more than once, along with a bunch of sneering eye rolls through it. Don’t know how to make Matcha! I’m tired of my matcha being at the bottom of my cup. Google it! Negative star !!!! you can’t put dry Matcha on ice and think you’re gonna be able to mix it with a spoon. It’s not just this one. It’s all of them.
Was just there. Stacked boston creams one on top of each other in a bag, burnt bacon egg & cheese bagel, three separate bags for items, a box too much??? This place sucks and I wont be back ever!!!
Absolute horrendous customer service. The two times I've gone, there's been nobody else but me at the store (I've always gone inside to order) and the people working will look at me, fully finish their conversation, before coming over to "help". Both times there was no "sorry for that", or "how can I help you". They just walk right up to the register and look at you to start talking.
