If I would give it a negative review I will. They lost me as a customer today. For two reason one young girl whose working her name is Bianca there was rude and not polite and assume that I snatched my card out of her hand and than want to tell her manager, not in one way I threatened her or anything, the manager should mind her business, their customer service sucks and my coffee is cold. Too rude, being cut off over the speaker. Feeling rushed feeling like my coffee was rushed taste like spoiled milk . Very gross
This is for the Lutz location, next to Taco Bell. The very thin White woman, with the green and blackish hair, she wears it in a high bun, needs to be fired. I’ve seen on several occasions, her insulting and threatening employees. She is incredibly aggressive and too volatile to work with the public. She needs to be replaced immediately.
The employee taking orders this morning was abrupt and rude (spider web tattoo left elbow), both at the ordering and the paying portions of our experience. Our big family was very disappointed at the poor customer service and won’t be returning to this location.
I found an acrylic nail in munchkins, i tried to get something nice for my cousin that i visited while in florida and thats what i was treated with, i tried to call and got hung up on immediately, horrible service, wouldn’t reccomend.
