Please learn the difference between "Vanilla" and "French Vanilla Swirl". I asked for a coffee with vanilla in it, not French Vanilla Swirl, and yet I have an iced coffee that could send a diabetic into a shock. If you are unsure of whether I wanted Vanilla or French Vanilla Swirl when I asked for Vanilla, please ask me to clarify because I would much rather spend the extra time than leave and get to work just to taste a cup of sweetener with a splash of coffee in it.
The current manager is a doll! She is the best manager I’ve ever come across in any fast food business!! She should be given a raise! Not sure if her name but she is the best!! Great job!!
The old crew was great. They made staff changes in the last couple of months and the new people cannot get a simple coffee order right. I can’t even get the size I order! I order a large I either get a medium or an extra large. You would think medium coffee cream only would be easy, but apparently it’s yo complicated. Blueberry donut? Nope, we think you should have a chocolate frosted. Very frustrating.
NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Yayyyyy!! The new manager Martina has really turned this place around! The food and coffee is not perfect every time. I bi longer have to avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
