2 day in a row my extra large hot coffee cup is breaking apart at the seam that batch is bad theo them out before someone gets badly burned
People are miserable working here. They forgot something, I let them know and argued with me it was in the bag. It wasn't, I showed them and I was accused of taking it out. I tried being nice, the another employee said they gave my order to a door dasher. Not one apology. I've genuinely tried so many times to like this DD. But rude employees, bad service, taking orders for door dash over face to face customers have put the nail in the coffin. This DD can pound sand.
The rudest customer service. Everytime. It’s getting ridiculous it ruins your morning.
Out of coffee for the night at 7:55 when they close at 8? Trying to cut close times? Now that I know I can not trust the management to uphold something as simple as operating hours, how can you trust them with training in food safety? This was my first and last time to stop at this location.
