Theres clearly no proper training as every time I get my normal order it tastes completely different. The people at this location don't even know what a cake donut is, I asked at the drive through if they had any and the entire team was confused. I had to go inside and easily found the cake donuts and let them know which ones were which nicely ofc so they could do that properly in the future. The staff this morning were so rude. For context I was with my friend in the car, she was trying to get me a cake donut at the drive thru (i am very sick its one of the few things i can stomach). They had no idea what that was and were taking a long time to answer and kept laughing. My friend had to come inside and get one herself and they continued to not listen to her when she nicely explained what and where they were.. needless to say when your employees are acting like this is makes the whole experience for everyone unpl... read more
