STOP putting coffee in closed up plastic bags for delivery!!! This is the 4th time now I’ve ordered coffee that is in a plastic bag with food and it’s spilled all over. Why in the world would you put hot liquid in a closed bag. The delivery person doesn’t know it’s coffee so of course it spills. INSANE!!!! Pure stupidity.
Give it up to Isela She’s an amazing employee Whenever I have a question about a new drink she lets me genuinely know of what my choice and experience will be And most of the time what she describes of the new drink is like is def on point! She deserves a shoutout and hope she continues working there because she’s brightens up the place! Thank you Isela!
Staff do not listen they always give me the wrong order.
So haven't been here in maybe a month and go in all of a sudden this employee new lady said she just started and was so very very happy this is what's needed at establishments to greet people SHE WAS EXCELLENT next time I will get her name Im here a few days a week and today Gladys made me feel welcome she said hello with alot of energy smiled and told me her name when I asked which I appreciated GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!!
