Watered down coffee. Dystopian nightmare. Employees aren't aware they have 2 drive thru lanes. Was skipped a bunch of times until I eventually gave up. Place will never get a cent from me or my family.
The staff is really nice and they are super quick getting the food out.
See Below for my update: My 9 year old son and I came in to spend almost $10 on two small refreshers. My son does not like ice in anything that he drinks. I requested that they make his (not both of them) without ice and they refused to do it. The associate said that she cannot make it without ice. That’s absurd. I will not be back. There’s a great donut shop in town called Dough & Joe that makes better donuts and I’ll go to Sheetz for a less expensive drink, with no ice from now on. Horrible customer service.
