Staff were friendly, but I thinknthey forgot mobile order for awhile.
I ordered a large strawberry refresher. It had 90% ice and tasted like water. They refused to make me a new one. Looked up the reviews online 43 one star out of 92 total reviews. Never given a negative review in my life until today.
Recurring issues with consistency of orders and understaffing. The staff is friendly. I order iced-coffee here daily. Since February 2026 the consistency of the coffee orders and the understaffing situation have improved. Online orders are usually ready for pickup within 5-10 minutes. The iced coffee can be too strong in the early hours.
The staff is nice but it seems like there is a frequent changeover of employees and also that most of them are untrained or inefficient. It also seems as tho there isnt actually enough people working in there. Do not stop here if you are in any kind of rush because there will be a long wait 90% of the time. I've waited 15-20 minutes on multiple occasions when there were only 1 or 2 cars in front of me
