Ongoing issues with order consistency. Keep having to throw away orders on a regular basis because they are made wrong and cannot be consumed. (Ordering iced coffee here every day)
Everyone complaining about the Brandon Dunkin you all will get the place shut down which sucks! Probably a bunch of impatient people looking to give the business a bad name. I placed an order online. I specifically placed the order for a half an hour ahead so they had an adequate amount of time to get my order ready. I waited over 30 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. In this time period I did not hear the workers communicate once when their lobby was filled with people waiting. It seems as if this place has absolutely no organization or intention to provide even decent customer service.
Brandon, VT location is worthless!! 10 minutes PER VEHICLE in the drive through, just to get COLD food and/or the WRONG order! Ridiculous, absolutely do NOT recommend!
I could have made a doughnut from scratch in the time it takes to wait.
