I ordered a caramel macchiato extra sweet and hot. Got a cold beverage, that tasted like a cup of mud. Customer service skills are horrible with the morning crew. These people need to be retrained on the basics. Hello, good morning how are you.... and for goodness sake if I have to pay so much for a tiny cup of coffee at the very least make it worth every penny!
