I'm not sure what's going on at this Dunkin if it's new management or what, however the customer service here has hit rock bottom and still digging. The staff is very unprofessional. Oh how I miss the old staff that was here cause these new folks ain't it.
Personally, I really like visiting this place, the guy who thinks of me, who is Hispanic, is super friendly and always makes sure that my order is okay. very good food and drink excellent customer service
Worst service. Hispanic boy in the drive thru tried to argue with me after I told him my drink was made incorrectly. We just decided to leave with our incorrect drink to avoid the fuss. It’s obvious they had know idea what an Iced Cappuccino was.
Favorite dunkin location. Always treated with a warm greeting and smile. They get my coffee right every time, which they never do at other locations.
