Coffee and donuts were fresh. The servers was very nice
I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service at this location, but it only takes one employee to ruin the experience. I ordered a coffee and realized I had forgotten to mention no milk just two minutes after arriving at the window. I immediately apologized and asked them to use almond milk instead. However, I didn’t realize that the drink had already been made. The lady at the window insisted that I pay for the drink I couldn’t take and became rude. The door and google says they close at 10. Arrived at 9:30. Doors were locked but 2 workers were inside. Why close early every night instead of the time it says.
