I like this dunkin because its very clean, when i come here they make my food and coffee good. Service is fast, and staff is always nice. When i go to other dunkins sometimes i regret it, and wish i came to this one…i will keep coming here, i am very happy thank you!
6am the lady at the drive through couldn’t even hear me what I what ordering or she was too busy playing on her phone. This older old Hispanic heavy set women always had the rudest attitude when taking orders. She messed up my order by not actively listening at all. Had to walk in and get it fixed by another DD associate only to have the store manager have a nasty attitude. Enough is enough.
i came through this morning and the line was long and slow.. Hashbrowns were cold and my coffee was burnt. Last week I received the wrong order for the 3rd time this month from the same young lady. I do not have time to go to work and come back to return stuff or get it made right. They need to train better. If you want quality service go to the new Dunkin in markham which is only a few minutes away.
