Service on inside seemed slow. Even with just coffee orders.
Extremely inconvenient not having the self checkout. I had 3 peeps in front of me ordering a dozen donuts each and taking their sweet time.
I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins about 30 minutes ago and the experience was really disappointing. I first asked for a Cappuccino Blast — they didn’t have it. So I tried ordering a Creature Creation — they didn’t have that either. At that point I asked, “Well, what do you actually have?” and was told “basically everything else.” So I ordered a frozen coffee, only to be told they were out of whipped cream.
