I only come to this location as a last resort. Even though it is the closest. They say they are out of bacon, or out of wraps. I few years ago I come at 5:15 am. They said they are not serving hot food at this hour?? I don't know how this location is still in business. -1* Location: Mateny Rd., Germantown, MD ***DO not go to this location!*** The Dunkin on Wisteria, Germantown, MD ALWAYS ON POINT! Best one
In and out no problem
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since I moved to Germantown in 2022, and I’ve usually had really great service. However I don’t know if management has changed since then, but making customers wait for 15+ minutes for their mobile order while there’s no one in line inside or through the drive through is absolutely insane. I also didn’t appreciate the lady asking me very rudely “why are you standing there” while I was waiting in front of the mobile order pickups. I think it’s pretty self explanatory why I’m standing there.
Wow very disappointing my coffee was really bad i will not come back to this no more i ask for a ice caramel coffee with 6 cream 6 caramel and 6 sugar and paid for extra caramel what a waste of my money:/
Coffee was weak, ordered sourdough sandwich got a rey bread instead! Ok, but not the same!?!
