Very disappointed with my visit. The location was noticeably dirty, which is not something I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ Donuts.

A few days ago, I had a very uncomfortable situation with an employee who not only took my order incorrectly, but also made offensive comments toward me, including referring to me in a disrespectful way as “Black.” I spoke with the manager, who assured me that action would be taken. I had a sickening experience at this location. Previously I gave a better rating but after my experience yesterday I'll tell everyone who care to listen to beware of what some of their staff are capable of. I placed an order through the drive thru yesterday and one of my order consisted of a frozen mocha. That wasn't my first time ordering that from this particular location but the mocha looked more whitish and milky.
