A few days ago, I had a very uncomfortable situation with an employee who not only took my order incorrectly, but also made offensive comments toward me, including referring to me in a disrespectful way as “Black.” I spoke with the manager, who assured me that action would be taken. I had a sickening experience at this location. Previously I gave a better rating but after my experience yesterday I'll tell everyone who care to listen to beware of what some of their staff are capable of. I placed an order through the drive thru yesterday and one of my order consisted of a frozen mocha. That wasn't my first time ordering that from this particular location but the mocha looked more whitish and milky. A little disappointed. Today I was looking forward to green frosted donuts. To celebrate St. Patricks day. To celebrate my Irish heritage. They had nothing to repsent the day. They normally decorate donuts for specific holidays
