I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of food at this Dunkin’ location over the past year. Lately, everything has had a strange aftertaste—almost like it’s been sitting out too long and exposed to air, making it taste stale or off. I can't believe how consistently disappointing this location of Dunkin' Donuts has become. Every single time I go, my food is burned — I mean, how hard is it to make a simple breakfast sandwich without turning it into charcoal? And don’t even get me started on their drinks. They NEVER have matcha, despite claiming they do. Plus, the strawberry dragonfruit refresher is ALWAYS out of stock. It’s like they don’t even care about customer satisfaction. This place is poorly managed. There wasn't many people for everyone's order to be wrong and delayed. 5 employees with no communication or sense of awareness.
Horrible service - the only customer in the store and the associate was walking back and forth pretending to not see me
I just had a wonderful experience at the Dunkin in Missouri city. Such a great staff and my drink was on point. Thank you for being a great place to get my caffeine fix today.
