Literally the most useless staff I’ve ever encountered. I place an order for a single coffee online, arrive 10 minutes later and it’s not ready. The lady is sitting on a chair with a dozen tickets hanging from the printer. Then she continues to make my coffee wrong. Fire the entire staff, they’re terrible.
Great service Very clean I usually stop there anytime I'm around the area
The service here is awful every single time. There are always just two workers, one of whom just mops the floor all day everyday. Regardless of how backed up their mobile orders are, the employee who mops continues to mop, leaving the other sluggish employee to prepare multiple orders. Anyone who has any grasp on the concept of customer service knows that preparing orders takes precedence over mopping the damn floor whilst chatting in Hindi. They have absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration for wasting people’s time.... read more
