This is the WORST store in a 20 mile radius. I've been coming here for years and almost every single time I'm either waiting way too long or my order is messed up somehow. Today I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I first waited for 20 minutes, then went next store and shopped then returned to Dunkin and proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for 1 croissant stuffer, 1 untoasted plain bagel, 1 boston kreme donut and 2 drinks. Update again: Absolutely terrible people behind the counters - seriously, is there no training being done? Zero customer service skills. Ducking awful. Update: came in for the first time in years, and was immediately reminded of why I stopped coming to this location. Dirty, rude, and served a contaminated product (chunks of plastic in my drink). This is the worst dunkin I have ever been in. And I gave plenty of turns before leaving a review. There has not been one time that this place has not been dirty. And this time we were in there for about 15 minutesand just one other person in there with us. It's absolutely disgusting.
