I had a very disappointing experience with an employee at this location. After patiently waiting approximately 10 minutes to order, I was met with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. I understand that mornings can be busy, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business to another location.

this is my favorite dunkin to visit. the customer service is top tier !! the employees never fail to have me leaving with a smile on my face.
For starters they are rude. Never once told me my total, no receipt, no ticket on my drink confirming my order. Used hot coffee on my iced coffee so there’s little to no ice now. Coffee is extremely sweet when I ordered blueberry as my flavor (unsweetened) and 2 Splenda for a LARGE.
Love the customer service. Employees bring my coffee on time.
