For starters they are rude. Never once told me my total, no receipt, no ticket on my drink confirming my order. Used hot coffee on my iced coffee so there’s little to no ice now. Coffee is extremely sweet when I ordered blueberry as my flavor (unsweetened) and 2 Splenda for a LARGE.
Love the customer service. Employees bring my coffee on time.
