This place was great and then about a year ago things took a turn for the worse. Sloppy service, rude attitudes, inconsistency…it’s not worth it anymore. They can’t even put a reasonable amount of sprinkles on the donuts and donut holes. Like, you’re holding out on SPRINKLES? Dude. This location is going to tank if they don’t remember themselves. Update: they just keep getting worse. Today I got a donut with bites.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a year at least now and I can say 70% of the times I’ve ordered they’re out of what I order every time. For example ordering an everything bagel in the morning and they’re out almost every time. Some days I’m not even informed on them switching out what type of bagel I ordered until I get home. My iced latte is always mostly just milk as well, not great proportions. I miss the old Dunkin.
Updated review: This location has taken a dive in the last year. Completely inconsistent even in the same order and consistency was the only reason I was showing up. A week ago or so they started trying to pass a double shot off as a triple shot as if we haven’t been buying triple shots and wouldn’t know an entire shot was missing. Came here on Veterans Day for the donut. I purchased a few other items as well. The attendant was super rude to me. And check out the chocolate “sprinkled” donut I received 😂
