Absolutely terrible experience. I walked up to the door and could clearly see the drive-thru was open and donuts still sitting on the shelves. When I asked what donuts were available, the employee told me they didn’t have any. I mentioned that I had just seen donuts through the door, and he responded that they were “old” and being thrown away. You’re open until 10pm for a reason, and donuts are supposed to be made fresh daily. This happened on 2/19 at 9:28pm. Extremely disappointing customer service.
My donuts tasted like soap and my hashbrowns tasted like it was prepared in a pan with 7 different other food items.
The 2 women was more interested in talking about what they were talking about than coming to the drive thru window to see why I was thinking. They both looked at me multiple times but decided that it was better that they continue there conversation. After just holding down the horn one comes to the window and I tell her I never got my other drink…. Service good,food was yummy and coffee was great they have a good selection of non dairy or alternative milks.
