Mary and her team have been fantastic with always having our large breakfast catering order ready. Mary even reaches out to remind me if I need to place an order. Great proactive customer service.
In the DRIVE THROUGH within just a few recent weeks, instead of taking your card they shove the entire POS system out the window and ask for a freaking tip and make you swipe your own card now. ITS A DRIVE THROUGH, you guys don’t need a damn tip!
Really bad customer service. They couldn't take my order through the drive through and asked me to order inside. I got out and tried to go inside. The door was locked. A customer tried opening the door but he was told no. I talked to the girl at the drive through window about what they wanted me to do. And she was like "I dont know, our system is down". My regular Dunkin spot! Usually friendly and consistent on my drinks! You can tell how hard the manager works my husband and I comment on it everytime we see them!
