I picked up 3 mobile orders at 4:20ish pm on a Tuesday so the store was very slow. I was not given all of the food for my orders so I attempted to call back 2x to let them know and that I was on my way back. The first time the phone rang off the hook, the second time I could hear someone pick it up and hang it right back up. my problems every time i come here (i need to start remembering to stop coming here): 1. theres always someone walking as slow as possible across the parking lot with absolutely 0 regard for their surroundings. its happened 5+ times now. there NEEDS to be a crossing walk or something. im gonna plow down your customers next time. 2. there is never anyone at the drive through to take orders?? i always have to say hello several times. 3. MY BAGEL WILL ALWAYS HAVE AVOCADO ON IT!?! do you not have access to multiple knives!?!
Just got an iced coffee with whipped cream and caramel but they forgot the caramel so i asked if they can add it, she took it back and then handed it back with caramel all over the lid..dripping on me and it almost looked like there was more OUTSIDE of the cup than in it??? be better dunkin, and dunkin employees, you can find another job if you don’t want to do a simple task such as mixing a liquid together 😍😂
Poor service. The workers don’t listen and give whatever they decide. They were rude when I asked them to redo my drink when it was completely wrong. If you’re in the area and need coffee, please go to a different Dunkin. Save your money!!
