Disgusting! Dirty! No one spoke English. How do you get iced coffee wrong? Had to redo it twice. Very dismissive. Need a health department visit. Got so sick after drinking a iced coffee. Milk must have been bad. Will never ever return. Wasted $$ abd spent the rest of the day with an upset stomach 🤢😵💫😡
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and placed our order. The staff only prepared half of it and then tried to rush us out, saying they were closing soon. When we reminded them that two items were still missing, they packed our assorted Munkins in a hurry-but only included one kind, despite us ordering a variety. The experience felt rushed and dismissive, and the service was unprofessional when we were the only people in there.
Stopped by this Dunkin location for a cup of half-decaf hot coffee via mobile order. I went inside to pick it up and the service was good. Friendly staff. They even brewed fresh decaf. Fresh ground, fresh brewed Dunkin coffee is the best!
The place is a little bit dirty inside. Today 6/22/2025 I placed an order for 2 pc of swiss cheese and ham sliders which usually comes with mustard sauce on it. i asked the ladies no mustard on the sliders, they didn't listen. The receipt did not mentioned no sauce on the sliders. I told the ladies there was mustard sauce on the sliders and they seemed confused what's on the sliders. They told me they can't take the mustard off of the sliders. Very bad customer service! I will never return to that Dunkin Donuts ever again!
The women here are rude and can’t follow directions. They also think it’s funny to mess up and forget a customer’s drink. Go to the Starbucks up the street for better service.
