This location has gone downhill and seems to be under new ownership. For starters, their phone is disconnected so when there's a problem, you can't even speak to anyone. They probably did this on purpose. Multiple times I've ordered an iced latte drink on the app and when I get there, they don't have it and they tell me to contact Dunkin instead of just providing a refund back to my Dunkin rewards app like other locations do. I find it odd they don't remove certain items from the online order menu for their specific location... read more
Just had a very lovely experience with all four employees on duty at Ft Washington. I was having trouble explaining my order and the cashier was very patient, proactively offering to help me, bypassing the kiosk. The employees seem to enjoy their work, joking around together. The employees repeated back my order to ensure that each element was as I ordered (size, milk type, hot/cold etc.), and they worked together efficiently and effectively, offering a drink carrier when my hands were clearly full.
