Unprofessional!
I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was given a hot coffee instead of an iced one. While not a major issue, no staff member took responsibility for the mistake. They made me drive away, wasting time, energy, and gas only to realize the error upon returning. When I went back, they prepared the correct order, but their attitude was unpleasant, and they refused to acknowledge their fault. This lack of accountability speaks volumes about the staff here.
