My friends and I went into the Dunkin just to pick up breakfast. When we went in there, we stared at the menu and then sat down because we didn’t know what we wanted. We weren’t being loud, but we were talking and laughing, as normal people do. After about 5-7 minutes, the lady at the front yells to us “Are you going to order” in a very rude and commanding tone. One of the young ladies who take orders is very rude. If you’re going to be in customer service, you need to be able to tame your attitude or maybe this is not the right field for you.
This place is HORRIBLE. I ordered DOORDASH, the food was OLD, DRIED OUT & HARD!! Why would you serve customers unsatisfactory food? Im crrtain you wouldn't eat it yourselves!! Never again!! I ordered because I can't cook right now due to having had a major Surgery. Wasted my time/money on this ORDER!! To say the least..... Called to speak with the Manager personally, I was told they don't have one available.
