Never returning to this location. My drink was ok but the hash browns were luke warm and tasted like they had been sitting out since yesterday.
I ordered hot latte drive-through when I first sip the temperature was so bad that it felt like I was drinking cold coffee.
Order a Bacon Egg and Cheese Wake Up Wrap and expect the worst. Mine was heated far beyond what was necessary until it became inedible. That crusty brown stain on the fossilized tortilla was once a slice of American cheese. The bacon and egg was dry and tough. I ended up just tossing the entire thing in the garbage. Very disappointing.
My friends and I went into the Dunkin just to pick up breakfast. When we went in there, we stared at the menu and then sat down because we didn’t know what we wanted. We weren’t being loud, but we were talking and laughing, as normal people do. After about 5-7 minutes, the lady at the front yells to us “Are you going to order” in a very rude and commanding tone. One of the young ladies who take orders is very rude. If you’re going to be in customer service, you need to be able to tame your attitude or maybe this is not the right field for you.
