You could hear one of the managers screaming at some one on the phone. They were in the office and myself and others were in the lobby. They should have taken it outside and talked. The language he was using was horrible. Fowl
I go to this establishment almost daily, and I am continually impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Jade. She is always professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction make each visit good.
I love Dunkins' coffee and donuts, as well as their bagels and their hash browns. I don't really like any of their sandwiches.
