Ordered brown sugar shakin expresso, got a seemingly iced coffee with cream and no sugar at all. Pointed it out and they added more than doubled sugar in it, making it over sweetened. Tried to save it by mixing with a cold brew, but it just got too much sugar. It turned out to be a complete waste.
