Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. That’s all I have to say.
I ordered 6 doughnuts. 3 vanilla 3 strawberry. I got to the window and paid $7.50 only to look in the bag and find three doughnuts. I told the lady I’m missing three doughnuts and she looked all surprised. I mean that small bag couldn’t have 6 doughnuts in it or it would have been puffed up. She had to charge my card again for the 6th doughnut since they had charged for 5.
Food is always poorly prepared, doughnuts are crammed into bags and crushed and food comes out cold. Orders take an unnecessary amount of time, mainly due to staff on their phones. Go anywhere else
better off going to the dunkin by 695. food was burned, donuts were wrong (even after they asked my name twice and then asked what i got). lots of arguing going on inside.
I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin', and based on what I’ve seen, I’m clearly not the only one. The customer service was poor, the food quality was lacking, and overall it just felt like no effort is being made to meet basic standards. For example, every Dunkin’ location I’ve been to usually includes four full pieces of bacon on a Sweet Black Pepper sandwich—but here, they split two strips in half and tried to pass it off as four.
