Edited - The manager looked into this situation promptly and refunded me what I was charged for but did not receive. Thank you! I just went through drive-thru ordered three strawberry frosted donuts and they charged me $7.35 and then when I get home I realize it should have been $4.35. I'm not sure where what the discrepancy was but I think I was just ripped off. I wasn't given a receipt and when I tried to call to figure out what was going on they have their phone disconnected.
I order my drink and I knew the guy got it wrong. I go to the window and say to the girl who was taking payment, “hey sorry I think he got my order wrong”. I was correct it was something completely off of what I wanted. She asked what me I wanted. I tell her and she repeated the order back to me correctly but when I got my drink it was wrong.
