My husband insists on using this Dunkin. Certainly not because of the service or coffee because both are horrible! Over a ten minute wait in the drive-through at 10:35 AM. He goes there because close. Skip this Dunkin!
I go to Dunkin every day. Sometimes twice a day. I get a hot coffee with cold foam on top. It does melt quickly, but not immediately and its ultimately a sweeter creamer for less calories. I love it. This location literally refused to make it. They said they were “not allowed because it would melt” but that they could use whipped cream. I told them I get this exact order from multiple Dunkin’s and it’s never an issue. They continued to refuse and I left with no coffee. They were rude the entire time.
