Every\nTime I come here It's a problem. My hash Browns were burnt to a crisp. And when I walked in , no one greeted me instead , they were all standing around on their phones side eyeing the customers and annoyed at the fact that people were trying to place orders. I know my order can be a little bit complicated, which is why I prefer to order on the app. Never coming back....
They are scheduled to open at 6:00 AM, but they are consistently not open at that time. I am routinely forced to wait beyond opening hours for service. Additionally, the customer service is poor; when I greet staff with a “good morning,” I am often met with an unfriendly response or no acknowledgment at all.
