honestly do yourself a favor and just go to the Bruceville one instead. the staff there is nice and actually competent. I’ve never had a positive experience at the Florin one. this last interaction really solidified how inept the staff is. Unfortunately we had a bad experience trying Dunkin' Donuts for the first time. We went through the drive through to place an order. We asked if there was any Mocha drinks that were not Peppermint but he assumed we wanted the peppermint drink and we said no, is there mocha drinks here and the gentleman got snappy with us giving us a rude service.
