Unfortunately we had a bad experience trying Dunkin' Donuts for the first time. We went through the drive through to place an order. We asked if there was any Mocha drinks that were not Peppermint but he assumed we wanted the peppermint drink and we said no, is there mocha drinks here and the gentleman got snappy with us giving us a rude service.
Kiosks barely work
He was in a such a rush to take other people‘s order. He needs to retire and probably hire some more young people, and he end up forgetting my coffee, I kept calling him, but he just keep ignoring. Serving people who came after me very disappointed.
I went 20 min before the close and they were closed.
