Yesterday was the final straw for us at this place. We are in 4-5 times a week (sometimes more) and we always get 2 medium hot decaf coffees. A while back we noticed sometimes we would both have trouble sleeping and thought it was the coffee. Sure enough, next time we went in and ordered decaf, they were giving us regular coffee. drinks always slap. food is kinda hit or miss. update: downgrading my rating to 3 star. too many mistakes lately. ok. im now downgrading to 1 star over all. a few weeks ago. my wifes drink was wrong. went back. still wrong! since then. its been constant mistakes. its gotten to where i believe more than 80% of orders have a mistake. from missing items. to incorrect items. i will give credit to the staff for normally fixing it without issue. but the amount of times ive had to return to get it corrected. is unacceptable. 🤦 im ... read more
