This place is absolutely horrible. i've never experienced this at a Dunkin or any other drive-through place, but here it goes... I wanted to place an order for me and my boyfriend and we had wanted to change something on our order and the lady said that we couldn't change it because she had already placed it to get made with out confirming with us about finalizing our order before sending things off to get made. and I think that's really unprofessional how she handled changing our order. 8/17/25 came in to get food and as I ordered mid way I decided to change my order some lady with a accent tells me I can’t cause there’s a line they made it even tho I ain’t paid for the food.
THIS PLACE SUCKSSS! EVERYDAY MY COFFEE DOESNT TASTE LIKE COFFEE I ASK FOR IT TO BE REMADE JUST TO BE TOLD NO AND FOR THEM TO TRY AND TAKE MY DRINK OUT OF MY HANDS THEN I GO IN A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHICH IS TODAY AND THEY SAY THEIR CALLING THE COPS AND WONT BE SERVING ME.I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG. NEVERRR WILL SPEND $ AT DUNKIN AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Bad service little busy . It's ok but check your orders here make sure it's right.
