Went in to get food. We gave our order they repeated the order back to us everything was correct. Once we got our food an item was missing (a dounut) and our drinks were done incorrectly (replaced milk with oat milk bc I'm lactos intolerant and asked for extra cream but the coffe barely had any) and somehow on the receipt it said that the order was correct even though it wasn't what we ordered originally even after they repeated it back to us. I went to get the same coffee I get every morning at this Dunkin & the workers were very rude when I told them they didn’t make my coffee correct. Started to argue with me about it. Tried to just add ice to my coffee & I asked them to make it with extra ice & there was barely any ice in the cup. Then she proceeded to tell me she been working there for 19 years & the coffee was hot & that’s why the ice melted but when she finally remade it the way I asked if came out correct.
