Don’t bother going in the afternoon, the staffs more interested in chatting with their friends coming in to visit than serving customers.
I have been a regular for many years, average time 5:45am arrival. Opens at 5:00am, NEVER have muffins ready at that time! Last month all employees have changed, nobody seems to be in the CS mode. I order on the Mobil app from 3 miles away, and my order is NEVER ready when I arrive, and it is not due to customer workload. Food was well done. The staff was very friendly. She made a mistake with my order but quickly fixed it. When there was no line, the cashier came out to clean, sweep, and mop and interacted with us while we sat in the dining area. This dunkin was a little above the rest.
