I come here almost every day. I get the same brown sugar shake and espresso and today was very weird. The cup came a quarter empty. So I asked for them to please remake the drink and have it filled with the coffee, and I was handed the same drink back topped off with a ton of milk. I stop by this Dunkin’ on Frontier Road regularly, and the service is consistently outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive and patient while taking orders, which makes a big difference during busy mornings. My order always comes out quickly, and they serve everything with a genuine smile. It’s become part of my daily routine, and I truly look forward to getting my coffee here every day. Highly recommend!
I went to a doctor appointment because I wasn't feeling well after we left we when to Dunkin Donuts prosper TX ,The employee named Angela/Angel was the BEST fast food worker I have ever seen in my life, she was so kind and funny. She even asked if I was feeling well and she hoped for me to get better. This employee disserves a raise God bless Angela.
ANGELA ROSS IS THE BEST MANAGER THIS STORE HAS EVER SEEN!! The team is amazing and my drinks are ALWAYS up to par, I love this location the most out of the whole DFW!!
