I’ve never liked dunkin but once i came here things changed. From the attitude to the food, everything is top teir. The staff is so sweet and they will make sure you leave with a smile and more. The donuts are always fresh n the coffee is to die for, they have always made my experience amazing. I love the set with the cups, I cant help but to purchase one every time I go. Kudos to Ms.Angela and her staff.
For the most part I don't have any issues with this location. But from visiting other places I've gotten into the habit of checking the bag. I didn't think I would have to do it at this place because it's pretty straight forward. It seems that whenever I go there things seem fine and usually are unless they're in a rush and try to send us on our way without all of the order. I went in on January 28th, 2026, and the manager Angela was EXTREMELY RUDE. I waited at the front counter for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. And was not noticed as the employees were in the back, and I could hear talking and laughter. I finally spoke in a voice loud enough., so they could hear me from the front of the store and said "hello?". I can’t believe I was served moldy donuts. How old could these be? This is unacceptable and will be reported to the health department.
Hanna is super speedy and efficient. Super friendly and nice get things done! Best customer service ever!
