I had to stop coming to this Dunkin’s because of the managers terrible attitude. She will purposely humiliate the employees in front of customers to make it known she’s in charge. The environment is very unpleasant and uncomfortable for customers as well as workers. I hope she can find herself a new job because this one is definitely not for people like her. Very unprofessional and very immature!
Walked in and went to use the bathroom before ordering only to be told that "fully operational during construction only is for day shift because God forbid the afternoon shift clean a bathroom. Lazy staff imo
The main counter receipt printer doesn't print at all down the center of the receipts..the drive thru one works fine.
Slow service and unpleasant staff.
