Very disappointing! Was looking forward to a cup of coffee and a chocolate stick. While in the drive through line I witnessed an employee smoking by the trash can with his safe food handling gloves on. When finished smoking he buttted his cigarette out in the side of the trash can and went back to work. While picking up my food saw him enter the building with his dirty gloves on and went right back to work. Needless to say my food went directly in the trash. Visited this very same location yesterday sometime after supper. We went inside to order to find a competent, energetic, albeit very busy employee. Asked politely if we could wait for her to take our order, we noticed the absence of employees at this location. After a short wait, she came ,with a (weary!!) smile and asked what she could do for us. My friend asked if she was the only employee working to which she replied yes. I’m the biggest advocate for customer service and higher wages, but today absolutely tested my patience. Not only does the app refuse to take payment if a store might be out of stock, the employees are iffy on performance. If we ask for a dozen, YOU should ask which ones go in the box WE’RE paying for. We went through the drive thru at Odlin road location in Bangor, the server at the window was slow. She picked up my cup the cover came off and spilled down the cup put that cup inside another cup and passed it through. NOT IMPRESSED. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water with no flavor.
All the light on 430 am 1 person working takes 10 minutes to tell us she only one their that she couldn't do coffee replace your help it's just coffee and always out of product
