Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. Short red hair girl and a dark hair tall man. They do not belong in the custom service portion of this company. Got both my moms and my drink screwed up and then proceeded to give me an attitude and the man argued with me that my cup had light ice when it was literally more than half full of ice , I’ve gotten light ice every single time and that air was an ugly way to treat me over requesting light ice after asking several times for it. they forgot to some of my food in the bag but didn't know till I got on I76 I didnt have time to turn back so the next time I went I told them what happened and they said sorry that fine but maybe a discount or the hash browns and the sandwich they forgot to put in the bag I even ask them honestly to god that if everything is in the bag and she said yea
