The service is almost as bad as the food. The donuts taste dry and grainy, the coffee is always bad, and “toasted” apparently means “burned”. At least the food isn’t out of date. I hope.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. Short red hair girl and a dark hair tall man. They do not belong in the custom service portion of this company. Got both my moms and my drink screwed up and then proceeded to give me an attitude and the man argued with me that my cup had light ice when it was literally more than half full of ice , I’ve gotten light ice every single time and that air was an ugly way to treat me over requesting light ice after asking several times for it.
