The second shift folks have absolutely zero customer service skills. They cannot read a ticket and make it correctly to save their lives. They made my drink completely wrong and then when I told them, the lady in glasses working the window rolls her eyes. I frequent this dunkin and usually don't have a problem which is why I left 2 stars instead of one. But today I waited around 20 min in the drive thru for the mobile order I had placed. I finally got to the window and they asked what I ordered MULTIPLE times and couldn't find my order. Eventually, they hand me my drink and a bag. The drink was correct but after opening the bag, I realized some of the food was missing. I told the girl at the window and they started making the missing food. Come to this Dunkin offer. Over the last couple months my coffee taste burnt like they did t refresh it, my lightly toasted bagel was very brown and the seeds were burnt. The cream cheese on it was almost non existent. I stopped to by a small pack of cream cheese to put some on it since it barely covered on side. Coffee was like warm by the time I got. 10 minutes in line. Only 2 cars in front of me. Get it together Dunkin
