Waited in line for 15mins for 2 bagels and 2 drinks and didn't get the correct drink the bagels I got 2 tops and my wife got 2 bottoms also which were cold and over heard the employees talk as bout spitting in food and was loving all over each other instead of working if I could give 0 stars I would do not recommend

Only got a pumpkin spiced latte, it was delicious but the restaurant itself was dirty with trash all in the floor and 6 employees just standing around talking instead of cleaning. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.

Donuts taste too commercialized. Not like years ago when everything was made in store. By that I mean the whole donut made at each location instead of being shipped in and finished at the location. Coffee and drink menu is getting better.

I order 2 sandwiches. After waiting 15 mins I asked about my order, which by the communication between employees it was clearly forgotten. Spoke with the manager and she said this is the way it is, we have new staff and are under staffed. They had 8 employees. Food was cold Will never order food again

I came through the drive thru this morning 10/13 around 5 am the man working the speaker and window was so rude and he also got our order wrong that he had us repeat four or five times. He was very condescending and kept interrupting us while we were ordering. Then as we get to the window he acted as if we were an inconvenience. It’s not like we got a giant order. We ordered 4 donuts and a tea. I’m a manager at a fast food restaurant and if any of my employees treated a customer like that they would be let go immediately
