The service at this location is joke..they have a note on speaker box saying speaker box not working speak loud so they can hear you..well after a 5 min wait i heard speaker crackeling so i spoke loud and clear even repeated it. Pulled up to window and they didnt get my order..told them all i wanted was a large coff. Donuts taste too commercialized. Not like years ago when everything was made in store. By that I mean the whole donut made at each location instead of being shipped in and finished at the location. Coffee and drink menu is getting better. Update!!! It really makes me sad when a place that I used to love as a kid has gone downhill so fast!!! I’ve came through here almost everyday for about 6 months and they are constantly changing crews to new teenagers that talk and screw up your order over and over and over again with no embarrassment and I’ve let it slide so many times just because it’s the closest location to my job but I will start taking the extra trip because I’m sitting at work now with half my order missing and a crap coffee
