Usually do my mobile pick ups for this location, as it’s on the way to work. I came in last week on 03/08, I placed my pick up order for the $6 meal deal. Normally when I do a mobile pick ups, it’s on the shelf waiting for me when I get there, this is really convenient as I don’t normally have a lot of time in the mornings. This day was different, I entered the store, upon my arrival I was informed by two employees at the door that I could go up to the counter to order, etc. I just let them know I had a mobile pick up. This location is constantly out of product, either that or the employees are untrained in supply and demand.
West 23rd is the best location! Such friendly staff! They are always so kind and even bought my daughter a gift for her 10th birthday! Who does that?
