This Dunkin has the best customer service in Panama City. ALWAYS so friendly! And our order is always correct. I used to joke about how inconsistent Dunkin was, but this location single handedly proved it wasn't a Dunkin thing, it was a 'that' location thing. Here's my other absolute favorite thing-- I'm not a fan of up selling, mostly because it seems totally inauthentic. But THIS Dunkin knows exactly how to DO. IT. RIGHT! Came in and got milkshakes, Henry help with stowing it in my bag, and was very friendly.
For the first time at this location, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and accurate order.
