I recommend going to another Dunkin Donut. This location is a joke. The workers always act like they have an attitude. Especially the the woman with the red hair & the young guy with the black curly hair. My order is never accurate. Customer service sucks as well as the coffee and stale cold donuts
First thing I asked for a hot caramel macchiato and they give me ice caramel macchiato and after they fix that the hot caramel macchiato I got was just cream caramel and water no coffee very disgusting 🤮
Great servicing & great atmosphere
Bacon is always gummy. Coffee is always watery…hash browns are never fresh. Just UGH! Ruined my day at work… i am officially done with this location until they get new management and a new team

However, during my experience, several employees approached me with a rude and unwelcoming response. I attempted to escalate the matter by informing the manager, but they were unable to resolve the issue and instead further antagonized the situation.
