I’ve lived in boston all my life and i’ve never had such kind people at this dunkin their quick with their cooking and extremely nice
I have had many issues with this Dunkin in the past whether it be unprofessional staff or incorrect orders, but today really changed my opinion on the Dunkin. This is the first time that they went out of the way to help me get what I wanted and needed. I feel this may finally be the step in the right direction!
Coffee roll was hard and tasted burnt. And a glazed donut and I thought i was eating an old fashioned not a glaze.

The food and coffee here is always wrong. The coffee rolls are definitely left out for days. It looked burned and old, I just got it and it was hard and tasted funny.
